The UAE is advancing its next phase of development with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, economic resilience and future readiness, following the latest UAE Cabinet meeting chaired by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Reaffirming that the UAE’s development will continue without waiting for “perfect conditions,” the Cabinet introduced and reviewed several major initiatives aimed at strengthening government efficiency and supporting long-term economic growth.
Key developments include the launch of a Cabinet AI Advisor, powered by 32 specialised AI advisers to support policy analysis and government decision-making, alongside a programme to train 22,000 teachers and educators in the practical use of AI.
The Cabinet also reviewed the UAE’s strong digital transformation performance, with federal entities completing more than 308 million digital transactions through 1,633 digital services in 2025, while customer satisfaction with priority government services reached 92%.
Other important developments include new regulations for autonomous vehicles, implementation of an AI curriculum across UAE schools, the approval of the National Ecotourism Policy, and continued progress in sustainability, financial resilience and future-skills development.
The initiatives reinforce the UAE’s commitment to building a technology-driven, competitive and resilient economy, while strengthening the infrastructure, capabilities and international confidence supporting its long-term growth.
