ARDARA seeks to offer investors opportunities for partnerships and investments in hospitality, arts, culture, food, agriculture, retail, and entertainment.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), inaugurates ARDARA’s flagship AlWadi destination in the Aseer region. This development is designed to establish itself as a unique urban lifestyle attraction for domestic and global visitors. It aligns with PIF’s strategic commitment to creating distinctive experiences throughout the kingdom, supporting Vision 2030.
About ARDARA and AlWadi in Lines:
The expansive AlWadi destination, covering 2.5 million square meters, will mirror the architectural styles and character inspired by the Aseer region’s heritage and landscape. Committed to global sustainability standards, it fosters vibrant lifestyles with over 30% of its space allocated to green areas, boasting 16 kilometers of waterfront, 17 kilometers of walking and cycling trails, cultural events, and community gatherings.
AlWadi comprises five distinct districts, offering 2,000 residences, from luxury apartments to modern villas. Additionally, it provides a range of premium hotel options, commercial spaces, and high-quality office areas.
ARDARA’s mission is to extend investment and partnership opportunities for local and international investors in the hospitality, arts, culture, food and agriculture, retail, and entertainment sectors. Anticipated to contribute more than SAR19 billion to the kingdom’s non-oil GDP by 2030, AlWadi is also poised to generate numerous employment opportunities for residents. This development harmonizes with the objectives of the Aseer Development Strategy, known as ‘The Arabian Highland,’ as unveiled by the Crown Prince in 2021.
