Dubai Chamber Core Services 100% Transformed into Smart Services
The Dubai Chamber has confirmed that its core services have been delivered nearly 100% as smart services.
The Dubai Chamber offers over 50 services through digital channels. These include but are not limited to certificates of origin, economic research, market intelligence, business matching, business advocacy, mediation, arbitration, attestation, reports, and carnets.
In addition, the Dubai chamber also conducts seminars, workshops, CSR activities, sustainability, e-Commerce, and legal matters.
Hamad Buamim, president and CEO of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry confirmed the digital transformation of these services and how all aspects of the services are now delivered completely through mobile and online channels.
The transformation strengthens the position of Dubai as a pioneer in the digitization of services for ease of doing business. The Dubai chamber’s shift to e-Services is an important indicator of the economic readiness and future vision.
As at the end of 2020, the Dubai Chamber disclosed that 659,000 transactions, accounting for 99.26%, were delivered through the e-services channels.
